The rules to this game are as follows:
Each week you choose one team from the weekend's Premier League fixtures whom you think will win.
That team will carry a points value between 2 and 12 which corresponds to whether they are home or away and where they are in the league, the points system is as follows:
If you correctly predict a winner you are awarded their points for that week - draws and defeats carry no points.
Before you start you must choose a default team, so that if you forget to make a prediction you will still have a team selected for that week.
The menu options are as follows:
Home: Your home page, various details and info displayed here.
Make Prediction: Make your weekend prediction here - note that the deadline for predictions will be Friday evenings (when I get round to it), after this your default will be used.
This week's Predictions: Once you've made you prediction for the week you can see fellow competitor's predictions, you cannot check before you make your prediction as this could give you an unfair advantage.
League table: Check the latest league standings.
Forum: Have a bit of banter with fellow predictors, or give them loads of shit, it's up to you.
Log Out: If you share a PC with a fellow competitor you will have to log out before they can make a prediction.
Big League / Pauper League: If you pay £5, you will be entered into the Big League where you will play for the prize money at the end of the season, the total of which is dependant on the number of players. There are also 3 mini leagues each lasting 11 weeks, i.e. league 1 from week 1 to 11, league 2 from week 12 to 22 and league 3 from week 3 to 33 - the winner of each league will win £20. In the Big League you will also have access to team and player stats. These features will not be available in the free to enter Pauper League, neither will there be any prize money.
